Colour as Music

Kandinsky experienced synesthesia, a perceptual phenomenon in which the senses intertwine. For him, colour and music were part of the same artistic language.

His vision continues to inspire contemporary art, from Abstract Expressionism to multimedia installations and immersive experiences.
